The Info: Columbia Middle School is hosting a craft and art fair 
749 Morse Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085          
May 8, from 10 - 3pm

Community Support and Information:  No charge, no donation requested
 
 
 
Your responsibilities:  
 
You will need to supply your own table and canopy if you choose to use one.  
  The time established is 10:00 - 3:00 pm.  Setup is between 8:30 and 9:30 am.  If you cannot set up during
these specified times, you MUST contact me so that I hold your booth for you.  
  You are responsible for removing all trash generated from your display and sales.
* You are responsible for all insurance for your items and your booth.
 Columbia middle School will not be held liable for any activites that transpire at your booth.  
Our responsibilities:  
* Columbia will have volunteers to act as floaters if you need to leave your booth for a short time.  
* Columbia is responsible for promotion of the Columbia Creative! Art and Craft Fair
* Vendor booths are assigned on a first come first served basis.  You cannot reserve a specific site but 
you can put in special requests and if possible we will honor your request
